LL0209
“LL0209 AA” is a LLDPE copolymer with butene-1 as comonomer which contains antioxidant.
Categories: Film LLDPE, LLDPE, Polymer
Tag: Linear Low Density Polyethylene
Description
LL0209 AA is a high-performance linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymer containing butene-1 as comonomer and stabilized with antioxidants such as Irgnox1010 and Irgafos168. This grade is recommended for general-purpose film applications, especially where enhanced mechanical and sealing properties are required.
Designed for blending with conventional LDPE, LL0209 AA offers superior performance in terms of puncture resistance, drawdown capability, and tensile strength. The presence of Calcium Stearate as neutralizer ensures process stability and long-term durability.
Applications of LLDPE LL0209 AA
This LLDPE film grade is suitable for a wide range of packaging and industrial uses, including:
- Food-grade packaging films
- Heavy-duty sacks and agricultural liners
- Produce bags and stretch films
- General-purpose blown film extrusion
Its combination of flexibility, strength, and sealing performance makes it ideal for demanding environments and high-speed production lines.
